Privacy policy

Account data: your email address, password (stored only in hashed form) and, if you add one, a profile picture.

Profile data you enter: your organization's or group's name, country, city and description, portfolio links and photos, and contact details such as a festival director's email and phone.

Application and booking data: the festivals you apply to, how many people travel, the price option you choose, and the deposit payment proof you upload.

To run the platform: showing festivals, handling applications, calculating the package price and the participation guarantee deposit, checking deposit payments and exchanging contact details between a group and a festival once the deposit is confirmed.

We don't sell personal data and don't use it for advertising.

Published festival listings are public, except the director's email, phone and the festival website, which a group only sees once its deposit is confirmed. An organizer sees the groups that applied to their festival, and a group's contact person only after the deposit is confirmed.

We use service providers to run the platform — hosting, database and file storage — who process the data only on our behalf.

Some features send text to an AI provider (Anthropic) to process it: the festival search assistant (the sentence you type), listing translations (the festival text) and document import (the file an organizer uploads). Only what is needed for that task is sent, and the result is always checked by a person or by the platform before it is shown.

We keep your data while your account exists. Records of bookings and deposit payments are kept as long as accounting and legal obligations require, even after an account is closed.

You can see and correct most of your data yourself in your account settings. You can also ask us for a copy of your data, its correction or deletion, or object to its processing.

We only use cookies the site needs to work: one keeps you signed in, one remembers your language, and one remembers the festival an organizer last selected. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
